ShelfLyf is an FMCG shelf life management platform that helps manufacturers manage expiring inventory through spoilage alerts, liquidation to partners, and CSR donations. The Platform facilitates connections, negotiations, and transactions between manufacturers and liquidation partners.

ShelfLyf facilitates connections and negotiations between manufacturers and partners. We are not a party to transactions between users. Users are solely responsible for the terms, quality, and fulfilment of their agreements.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ShelfLyf. You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using the Platform, you grant us a licence to process your data as needed to provide our services.
ShelfLyf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including losses from transactions between users.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
